Green River Road to State Route 71

This segment from the Green River Road Interchange and State Route 71 measures one mile and will include new express lanes, new on-ramps and off-ramps and a new railroad overhead bridge. Access to express lanes will be provided just west of this segment. Motorists will be able to exit the express lanes heading east just before reaching the Green River Interchange; motorists will be able to enter the express lanes heading west just after this interchange.

Green River Road to State Route 71

  • The 91 is closely bordered by the Santa Ana Canyon near the Orange County/Riverside County Line, with the Cleveland National Forest to the south and the Santa Ana River to the north.
  • The westbound on-ramp and off-ramp at Green River Road will be adjusted to fit the newly widened 91.
  • The westbound off-ramp alignment will be improved with a new railroad overhead bridge.
